Major Milestones.

Okay....so maybe not major, but important to this mom. Today Wyatt started a little mother's day out program which is "school" and you cannot tell him any different. It is also Warren's nine month birthday. One of these days I might get around to a Christmas post...but there is just so much to cover it is overwhelming.

Wyatt went to a brand new place and walked right into his classroom without even telling Russell and I bye. He was ready for more social interaction than he was getting at home. It is only one day a week, but Wyatt thinks this is big stuff. The boy loves to be around people. This is the same place he will start an actual preschool this fall.

9 months...really? I am trying not to blink...but it really does just fly by. This month Warren got his top two teeth in, had his first christmas, saw snow for the first time, and is getting very close to walking. We have had some battles with ear infections this last month as well as the couple before that. He is very happy inquisitive little guy. He thinks it is really fun to put things in the toilet and pull over the trash can on himself. He is always into something and loves it when we all get down and wrestle. He really thinks silly things are funny...Wyatt is pretty good at getting a really big "cackle" out of him. These are good times.

Wyatt and Warren this morning before we took Wyatt to "school"
God knew what he was doing when he gave me these two.

I agree with Wyatt - it is definitely school and way cool! What is it about a backpack that makes a kid look older? It will be good for him and for you. It will also make the transition to preschool easy since he will be familiar with his school. Awesome.

Wow! It's either the backpack or the way his hair is combed but he does look older. I'm so glad he went to "school" easily, no tear, other than yours. I love those two adorable boys with all my heart.
