Fishies!

Wyatt loves fishies and tractors......he talks about them everyday. So last week we took him to Doyle and Helens ( a very sweet couple in our church) to fish at the pond. He had a blast...he even got to ride the tractor. Russell caught a bass and oh man....Wyatt was pretty excited!

This is Wyatt's new favorite toy. Russell's grandma gave it to him a few weeks ago. I guess it is kinda a lamp, but it looks like a tv that just has fishies scrolling along the screen. He wants to watch them every night before bed.

Water Wars

This weekend we had a youth activity....and Wyatt got to come and play too. We just had a day of water games. It was sooo much fun. We play a lot of these games at church camp....and just can't get enough of them. Wyatt had a blast....as you can tell.

Fun with Cousins

While we were in town for the party Wyatt got to spend quite a bit of time with his cousins: Logan and Macey are Russell's brother's kids. Garrett is my brother's son.

Surprise Party!

My sister turned the big 30 last week....so we had a little surprise party for her. The party was fun....but the fact that we pulled one off on her was even more fun. All of our family was there along with her husbands family. Wyatt and I made special trip up there just for this. Since I don't get to see my family too often it is always a special time for me to spend with the family.
Hope you had a good birthday Mya!

Here are just a few pictures of my family. I didn't get everybody's picture though.

God's Majesty!

On Monday we took Wyatt to the zoo in Tyler, TX. It is a pretty small zoo, but we thought it would be great for Wyatt's first trip to the zoo. It was HOT...who's idea was it to go to the zoo in July????
One of the highlights of the trip for Wyatt was seeing a Rhino go poo poo. He even recognized what he was doing and said "big big poo poo". We were so proud of him! :)
I seriously do enjoy going to the zoo...I am always reminded of God's majesty. I just love to look at all the birds and fish and just how much detail is in their creation.

Wyatt on sensory overload. You know all the sights, the sounds, and the SMELLS of the zoo. Oh the wonderful smells of the zoo!

Russell helping Wyatt spot the animals. Wyatt kept saying "bam, bam" when he saw anything that looked like a deer.
